STRAWBALE COMMUNITY HALL

Our community hall can be rented for workshops, weddings, celebrations, community events, yoga classes, retreats, concerts, dance performances…

…for hours, days or weeks!

 The setting provides an opportunity to be surrounded by wilderness, tranquility and the sacredness of the land.

The 1500 sq. ft. dwelling combines simple aesthetics with warmth and spaciousness. It is bright and beautiful, with white stuccoed interior walls, laminated wood floor, a large spacious kitchen and welcoming entrance. 

·                    The hall has a phone, electricity, shower and bath tub.

·                    A creek with crystal clear water runs through the land.

·                    The hall is set in a forest clearing with large windows looking out at the trees.

·                    A 2.5 km rough driveway brings you to the silence and freedom of this elevated acreage.

·                    The land is situated between Winlaw and Slocan in the Slocan Valley (50 min. from Nelson B.C.).
