Morning Star Community is a rural spiritual community founded in 1992.   

Since its beginning, Morning Star Community has been an experimental ground for people to experience what is possible when the Authentic Self in each individual emerges and becomes available.  A new consciousness is born one that awakens what we have termed: " We-consciousness". A consciousness that is greater than the sum of all the individuals gathered.

Our central focus is therefore to awaken our true self, and to explore how the presence of this We-consciousness comes alive and resides in a group. We seek to understand what is required of us as individuals to be able to contribute willingly, readily and well to the birthing of this consciousness in a collective.  A central question is: How can these peak experiences of communion between people become stages as opposed to states.

As individuals and as a community, we work towards implementing an integral way of life on earth – a life that welcomes and seeks constant evolution at the spiritual, psychological, physical, cognitive and social levels. 

All this is done in the context of experiencing the gifts and challenges of community life, searching for inner truth, and living a life founded on Spirit, Love, and Service.

Over a beautiful line on God’s palm

As I move through the earth’s Marketplace

I do not want to touch any object in this world
